About the role

Full time, Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm

Salary £23,000 plus benefits

 

This is an opportunity for the ideal candidate to work in the exciting world of events management, as you work closely with the team to organise major corporate events nationwide.

Key responsibilities

  • You will assist with the organisation and timely delivery of our events and webinars through the following activities:
  • Oversee and coordinate the full in-person event and webinar lifecycle. From sourcing and booking suitable venues, liaising with speakers and delegates, and supporting the marketing function with the promotion of events
  • Manage, prepare and send delegate communication through an email marketing platform
  • Monitor and report on delegate registrations
  • Coordinating and maintaining the events calendar
  • Provide excellent customer service to members’ email and phone enquires
  • Manage and screen new membership applications through the website
  • Collate, prepare, and quality-check event presentation decks
  • Attend and perform all duties at events, including:
    – preparing audio and visual equipment for presenters and audience
    – recording attendee registrations
    – ensuring timely catering
  • Database and website management
  • Coordinate, collate and report on delegates’ event evaluations and non-attendance patterns

 

We will ideally be looking for candidates with past Events Coordinator experience, but will also be looking for candidates from the fields of Customer Service and Administration.
