Have you done the basics, logged all your suppliers and risk rated them? Do you have all the right contract clauses in place in case something goes wrong? Are you using questionnaires and if so, how many questions do you ask? Are you alerted to your own vulnerabilities on a daily basis and if so, do you have an alert set up for your key, high risk suppliers? Do you think that more regulation of the supply chain would help you in being more directive with your suppliers?
