We all assume that training works: You take a course, you learn something. But how much do we learn? Is all training equally effective? How do you know that the cybersecurity training you rolled out to the entire company did any good?

Tatyana talks about why companies need to protect themselves from employees’ mistakes and how to enjoy the freedom of workforce mobility, without compromising on information security. Nick will unpack the assumptions and misconceptions around effective training, and show how AI-driven personalisation can have a dramatic impact on performance.

John also joins us to explain the importance of adaptive learning and the psychology behind it, describing his experience of delivering this to the workplace and its benefits to organisations. There will be, of course, the opportunity for the audience to ask questions to the speakers and other participants.
