This combined case study talk will share insights, experiences and future plans around delivering secure behaviour change at Unilever.

We hear from Louise Douglas and Gaynor Rich how approaches to awareness have matured, covering their recent activities at Unilever. Tim Ward from ThinkCyber will explore aspects of behavioural change and Nudge theory, drawing on the organisation’s work with Cardiff University. Tim will also share how ThinkCyber’s Redflags™ software can implement these theories to deliver real-time nudges and drip-fed content.

Finally, Louise discusses the aims and focus of Unilever’s trial activities using Redflags and their future plans.
