The recent MITRE Evaluation for advanced threat detection technologies covered a prominent APT group called Carbanak – discovered by Kaspersky. In this session, Lee Rendell from Kaspersky gives an overview of the Carbanak infection process, explains how and why security awareness training provides an important part of the prevention of such sophisticated attacks, and takes a practical look at some ways of building a security-first culture inside an organisation.
