Earlier this year, CybSafe joined us to discuss seven dimensions to consider when thinking about security culture. They have now added an 8th dimension – ‘management and leadership’.

When companies have a positive cybersecurity culture, employees have a greater understanding and awareness of cybersecurity in the workplace and greater commitment to behave in a secure manner.

In this session, we revisit the seven dimensions for consideration when thinking about your security culture, and share the newly added 8th dimension.

An organisation that focuses on these dimensions will have a stronger people-centric security culture than one that doesn’t and will consequently be more cyber resilient.
