Thursday 19 September 2024, 11am-12noon (BST)
This webinar will cover the latest published results from DSIT’s study of cyber skills in the UK labour market. How has demand for cybersecurity professionals changed? What skills are organisations looking for and where are the gaps?
We will also explore the profile of the cyber sector workforce, and its implications for the workforce over time. Finally, we will look at the challenges that organisations face in training and developing their staff, and widening the talent pool.
Our findings are based on a survey of cyber businesses, non-cyber businesses, charities, and public sector organisations, qualitative interviews, and labour market analysis. The latest iteration of this study is ongoing, due to be published in 2025.
