Operational technology (OT) is a prime target for hackers due to its critical role in all industries. Unlike IT security, OT security requires different approaches that consider the distinct nature of the systems involved.

OT staff face unique challenges, such as limited time for training because they work on the factory floor or in the field, not at a desk.

In this session, we discussed why OT staff need cybersecurity awareness training that bears these challenges in mind, is tailored to their specific roles, and focuses on cyber safety in a way that resonates with their daily responsibilities.
