As Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Bayer, Kevin leads the strategic and operational security programmes across all Bayer businesses to ensure cyber protection and resilience.  

He is an experienced executive having previously been CISO for several global and multi-national organisations before joining Bayer in 2023, and a visiting professor at Cardiff University as an advocate and champion for cybersecurity in academia, development of cyber skills, and multi-disciplinary research.

We were hugely privileged to hear about Kevin’s experiences in both ethical offensive and defensive cybersecurity roles, in addition to strategic and executive leadership positions.
