We face a generational crisis with $23.8 trillion in cybercrime losses predicted by 2027, and 80% of NYC teenagers having tried hacking by age 16. Coupled with a growing labour deficit, it is anticipated we’ll see 12 million unfilled cybersecurity roles by 2027.
The Hacking Games aim to inspire and empower youth to become defenders instead of attackers. Join us to discuss the challenges faced by a society of young adults and teenagers falling into cybercrime, and what we can do about it at a societal, technological and law enforcement level.
