There is a growing number of excellent initiatives of all sorts across the whole UK cybersecurity landscape. This webinar describes just a snapshot of such activities. But we hope to provide an insight into, and encourage us all to engage with, these and other valiant and commendable enterprises whenever we come across them:

  1. Cyber Security Body of Knowledge By distilling knowledge from major internationally-recognised experts, the CyBOK project will be making an increasingly significant impact on the education, training and career progression of current and future generations of individuals and enterprises.
  2. The Cyber Helpline This team of volunteer cybersecurity experts provides free, expert help for UK cybercrime victims.
  3. Metropolitan Police Cyber Choices Team encourages individuals to make informed choices in their use of cyber, educates them, deters/diverts them away from cybercrime, and promotes legal and ethical cyber opportunities.
  4. Deciphering the Cyber Market Jenny is a Security Web Intelligence platform that brings company users and cybersecurity vendors together, helping users with their security decisions and enabling vendors with innovative and new products to cut through the noise.
