It is extremely easy to become complacent when it comes to security and especially when the app is used by bullions of people and is assumed safe. However, is any app really safe and until it is tested, maybe we shouldn’t assume it to be secure.
If a cybercriminal is dedicated enough they will try anything they can to break the security so it’s our job to try and plug as many of those holes as possible. Just don’t go leaving the huge gaping big security holes wide open and don’t make it easy for them to attack your most personal app on your phone.
