How does an organisation place a value on the risk in their data? What does it mean to the business if it all goes wrong and there’s a breach? It’s a hard question and one that many organisations haven’t yet cracked. Yet you can’t elevate risk as a board-level business driver if it doesn’t have a value.

The issue is that there are hidden fireworks in every data estate waiting to go ‘bang’ unless they are found and remediated. Exonar’s recent research revealed that 79% of IT professionals are worried that their organisation will be the next data breach. So how can we make the business case for locating all data, including that which is dark, and get the board to take it seriously?

Join us on Guy Fawkes Day as we explain how you can define value on your risk, and share some more data discovery diaries.
