We are proud to announce that SASIG’s renowned and popular 6th CSO/CISO Roundtable will return post-Covid as a highlight of the SASIG calendar. The CSO/CISO Roundtable is an opportunity for those charged with making their organisations resilient to a cyber event to share experiences and knowledge, as well as hear from our distinguished speakers on subjects that are topical and relevant to cybersecurity.
In many ways, the past few years have been an extraordinary period for the cybersecurity sector. The pandemic not only accelerated most organisations’ digital transformation, underlining the criticality of information technology to businesses, but also emphasised the importance of cybersecurity and its impact on business risk. CISOs and their dedicated teams have demonstrated their relevance to the business, and the C-Suite relies on their expertise more than ever. Challenges remain, however.
We’ll discuss the key challenges and topics at the forefront CISOs’ minds, including:
- With a threat landscape that is constantly evolving, how do CISOs continue to influence the leadership’s attitude to cyber resilience?
- How do we adopt more sophisticated strategies to mitigate not just today’s threat, but those tomorrow?
- How do businesses retain the hard-won skills of their CISOs and technical teams?
- With hybrid working now the norm, how do businesses protect themselves from the threat posed by the conscious and unconscious insider?
Presentations on the day will include:
