FOMO (the fear of missing out) is not just a concern for individuals – it affects businesses too. The rapid pace of technological innovation means we often fear losing our competitive advantage or working less efficiency. While third-party suppliers increasingly pressure businesses to stay current, their rush to innovate may mean second- and third-order consequences have been overlooked. This is why regulations are emerging to ensure organisations consider the resilience implications of technology changes. Navigating this space is key to enabling businesses to both manage risks and thrive.

In an era of growing interdependency and complexity, where third parties and supply chains are vital to operations and resilience, collaboration is more important than ever. Digital resilience leaders must build trusted relationships with stakeholders, including fostering communication between the CISO (or resilience lead) and legal counsel, to manage risks in an evolving threat landscape. We were delighted to partner with DLA Piper to host this event, exploring regulatory challenges, the need for resilience, and the critical role of relationships in strengthening security.
