There is no infallible way of knowing if someone is lying unless you have separate incontrovertible evidence.

This presentation explored what happens to us when we lie (which we all do to a greater or lesser extent). Our body might give us away, but then again, other things can happen to us which produce the same reactions.

With videos and stories, John took us through what we should look for when we suspect someone of lying, and how we can increase the chances of detecting deceit.
