Although Fergus spent 15 years in advertising and marketing industry, he is highly regarded in the tech and cybersecurity field – often invited to participate as an industry commentator on BBC, Sky News, and NBC Euronews.

He co-founded Elysian Fields, a growth advisory for VC-backed tech, serves as Venture Partner at Blue Lion Global VC, and is the Co-Founder and CEO of The Hacking Games (THG). THG is a particularly innovative enterprise dedicated to identifying and nurturing unconventional cyber talent (ultimately addressing the global shortage of cybersecurity professionals), through AI and gamified challenges.

In this chief’s brief, Martin and Fergus discussed THG’s mission, how it harnesses Gen Z talent through AI-driven platforms, and its partnerships with global leaders.
