Leading organisations are investing in AI across the cyber defence lifecycle, from preparedness and detection to automated remediation. Yet incident response remains largely manual.
As offensive AI accelerates attacks, consistent and effective response requires more than streamlined execution. Teams must coordinate decisions, drive accountability, address regulatory obligations, enable protected out-of-band communications, and capture defensible evidence across the organisation.
This session introduces Cyber Incident Response Management (CIRM) as a critical pillar of modern cyber defence. We will explore how AI-accelerated response helps contain operational chaos, reduce the burden of NIS2 and other regulatory requirements, strengthen readiness through microtraining exercises, and improve resilience. Done well, response is no longer just a process–it becomes a strategic differentiator.
