Following our fantastic discussion last November as part of Transgender Awareness Week 2021, we continued to look at gender identity in the workplace and make cybersecurity an inclusive industry.

Gender identity is often misunderstood, and we can learn through having an open discussion about misconceptions, misunderstandings and lived experiences. We will address common challenges faced in the workplace, and celebrate successful and inclusive individuals and businesses.

By exploring these challenges and successes, we will uncover leading factors in making our businesses, industry, and society, inclusive.
