If we recognise, as we should, that security awareness should be about driving secure behaviours, not just ticking a box, then we need to measure impact.
In this talk, Tim looked at the existing measures used in the industry and how flawed they can be, explored why we should be measuring behavioural change and how important it is to be able to see the wood for the trees. He also explained how to set out a campaign-based approach to deliver measurable impact across a range of behaviours beyond phishing.
