With so much change in the workplace since 2019, organisational policies have been left behind. Existing policies are struggling to keep pace, often becoming a burden for management. Updating security policies necessitates a concerted effort from management, who must navigate difficult choices. Senior leadership do not yet understand certain risks, and the correct course of action on things like AI or working from home are works in progress.

Communicating policies effectively to staff presents its own set of challenges, such as ensuring understanding and conducting regular reviews. The biggest problem, still, is employees don’t read the policies.

In this webinar, we looked at the current state of policy management and provided practical ways to improve policy, communication, and management.

We proposed practical solutions for enhancing policy communication and administration, such as leveraging cutting-edge technologies like AI in policy formulation, and creating short-form video communications.
