The parallels between cybersecurity and inclusion are striking.

Just as people only notice cybersecurity when an attack happens, they only notice inclusion when they feel excluded.

This session shed light on why it can be challenging for leaders to understand the impact of exclusion, shared instances that cause women to feel excluded, and helped us mobilise (and not paralyse) advocacy in action.
