A former UK Special Forces Lieutenant Colonel, and current chair of the UK Government’s Cyber Resilience Expert Advisory Group, Oz combines his leadership experience with expertise in intelligence and cyber risk resilience to address today’s most urgent cybersecurity challenges.
Oz’s mission is rooted in enhancing societal security by transforming how organisations perceive and manage human risk.
We were honoured to hear about Oz’s experiences and passions, as well as his insights on the vital role of behavioural science in cybersecurity, the socio-technical challenges faced by organisations, and the importance of impactful leadership in a digital age.
