Kindly hosted by CIPD, the professional body for HR and people development, this is the seventh SASIG HR workshop. This popular workstream began in response to demand from our members to focus on the interrelating roles of the security and HR functions in implementing effective security and confronting the Insider Threat. Underpinning these discussions is the basic question - what are the cornerstones for a good (better) relationship between the security and HR functions?
