Wednesday 12 August, 11am-12noon (BST)
Through our regular wellness, mental health and resilience series, we’ve looked at facilitating resilience in our teams, colleagues, friends and families.
In this session, we’re turning the spotlight on ourselves. The challenge of what it feels like to need help. How we recognise that our mental health may not be quite as society might expect for it to be classed as normal. How to ask for help and what the expectation is when we need to. How we continue to function in leadership roles when we do, and examining any residual challenges as we recover to good health, or live with a change. As always, the panel comprises mental health experts, those who’ve first-hand experience and industry leaders to provide a rounded perspective.
