Living and working in the challenging times we are facing right now, which can easily lead to fatigue, frustration, irritability and declining performance, it is essential that we remain resilient. However, what does being resilient really mean? how would you recognise if a colleague or family member’s resilience was compromised? are there learnable resilient competencies? what do we need to do/stop doing?
