Stuck on the detail? Or diligent?
An inability to move on? Or are they focused?
Unsociable? Or prefers their own company?
Overbearing? Or enthusiastic?
Sensitive to smells? Or an extraordinary sense of smell?

Neurodiversity is the acceptance that everybody’s brain works differently. There are millions of reasons for this, and it’s what makes our biodiversity so rich and beautiful. However, it can also restrict our potential and our ability to thrive, due to society’s perceived understanding of how ‘normal’ people behave and that this should be the standard.

Neurodivergent individuals often suffer mental health challenges because of this expectation. If they are assessed late in life, their own expections of themselves can hinder their happiness and destroy a person’s confidence in their skill set. Specialist neurodiversity can support them to rebuild this.

What is it about ‘understanding’ or ‘acceptance’ which then translates into helpful and practical solutions? What is it about our corporate processes and culture that prevents our full participation in the workspace? Are we open to learning and developing, or have we decided to stick with what we know? If we are all neurodiverse, then what is it about those who view the world differently that would enhance our own experience on this planet?

This webinar explores this topic and provides answers which can enable us all to explore our own diversity of thought.
