We celebrated International Women’s Day 2023 by inviting a panel of women who have made successful careers in cyber to reflect on how much has changed, and how far we still have to go.

Diversity is not a ‘woke agenda’. It is critical to how the cyber sector evolves. Diversity of thought, outlook and experience are all critical to resilience. And with an increasing skills gap, how can the sector afford not to make itself as attractive as possible to over half the working population?

Has the sector changed from a predominantly male workforce? Are women able to progress their careers in cyber, and are they recognised for professional merit rather than their gender? Are we doing enough to promote role models to demonstrate that a career in cyber is just as fulfilling for women as it is for men?

This webinar was being kindly hosted by Cifas as part of their Insider Threat Week.
