About the role

  • Full time, Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
  • Hybrid working – predominantly home-working, with regular travel to in-person events and meetings.
  • Salary £28,000 plus great benefits

As Account Coordinator, you will be the lead point of contact for all matters specific to Supporters (sponsors), Associate Organisations (affiliates) and Partners (sponsors) for our flagship Big SASIG conference. You will be responsible for building and maintaining positive and long-lasting client relationships with each of them, actively seeking and developing new business opportunities.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Build client-focused relationships with Supporters and Partners, maximise their involvement in SASIG’s activities, and identify and onboard relationships with stakeholders in the industry.
  • Understand clients’ needs, managing the communication between them, SASIG, and our activities.
  • Liaise with team members, maintain up-to-date knowledge of Supporter and Associate Organisation services, track account status, and metrics.
  • Liaise with finance, and prepare supporter annual review and business case reports.
  • Understand the cybersecurity industry, identify current themes and relevant industries of SASIG members.
  • Assist the content coordinator in recruiting high-quality and authoritative speakers.
  • Attend our events, assisting the event coordination team as required.
  • Assist Supporter contacts present at our events, and network for potential new business opportunities.
  • Represent SASIG professionally, in line with the company values, maintaining the integrity of the brand.

We will be looking for candidates with past Account Coordinator experience, but will also be looking for candidates from the fields of Customer Service and Administration, Project Coordination.
