Get involved with the Kickstart Scheme! Recruit young people with full funding from the UK Government

To help businesses as well as young people looking for work during this difficult time, the UK Government has launched the ‘Kickstart’ Scheme, with £2bn worth of funding being made available to employers. Job placements through the scheme are available to 16 – 24 year olds that are on Universal Credit.

The funding covers:

Full National Minimum Wages for 6 months of 25 hours of work a week
All National Insurance and auto-enrolment pension contributions
£1,500 grant per job placement for businesses to cover set-up and training costs
