After graduating and following a career in the private sector, Helen joined the Metropolitan Police Service as a Police Constable in 2002. Her investigative mind drew her to becoming a Detective, and she rose through the ranks from Detective Sergeant (DS) to Detective Chief Inspector (DCI) and Senior Investigating Officer, leading one of the London homicide teams.

In early 2021, she was again promoted, this time to Detective Superintendent, and took over the Cyber Crime Lead role – in effect, Helen is the Met’s chief cyber cop.

We are privileged to hear more about her career, discuss her views of the international cybercrime landscape, and learn about her personal journey to, and work at, the highest echelons of global cybersecurity and cybercrime prevention.

This was a members-only webinar.
