Helen has a long and distinguished CISO career in various sectors – managing successful high-performing teams as they deliver world-class security and data privacy management solutions. In 2022, she was appointed CISO of the BBC.

A highly respected personality in the cybersecurity industry, Helen believes completely in the need to align security with desired business outcomes. Her ability to clearly communicate strategy to all levels of the organisation, including the Board, has resulted in strong and comprehensive programmes with high adoption of security behaviours across organisations.
