Much like other organisations, Computershare is on a journey to build a culture of security.

They started with a compliance-based security culture and progressed through to a behaviour-based security awareness programme. These have helped to build out a strong foundation for security culture that is giving them myriad security benefits, both expected and unexpected.

Karina and Matt share what they have achieved over the last three years, and what is on their (significant) wish list to achieve over the next three. They have found it to be an exciting improvement journey so far, and the team is looking forward to the adventure ahead.

Although it hasn’t been easy, and there’s still work to do, they believe they have come a long way, and join us to share their successes, struggles and solutions.
