There is no ‘right’ way to get into cybersecurity – there is a pathway for everyone.

‘Cyber’ and ‘security’ can be intimidating words, but we need to encourage people to look beyond them and consider that there are 16 specialisms. They are not going to require identikit capabilities and personalities.

When it comes to our workforce, opportunities have to be accessible to all; flexible and adaptable to diverse and neurodiverse preferences and needs. We all have a part to play in facilitating this through upskilling, re-skilling, apprenticeships, and entry-level roles.

In this webinar we discuss the importance of considering potential, personality, and propensity to learn, rather than being bogged down in experience and qualifications.
