Your law firm has everything cyber attackers seek – market-sensitive data, PII, intellectual property, contract details, client trade secrets and important case information. Yet, according to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), UK law firms increasingly fall victim to data breaches because of insider and human error.

Explore the growing security challenges faced by law firms. Andrew drew on his decade of experience as a legal CISO at two ‘magic circle’ global law firms to discuss the challenges of creating a security-aware culture in law firms and how weaknesses in culture can leave the firm open to security breaches.

Andrew was joined by Adam Izzard, Freeths LLP, and shared how they placed employees at the centre of their cybersecurity strategy and how a personalised learning approach reduced time spent on training and built a culture that reduced cyber risk.
