Marc of SThree recruitment company looks at just how difficult the recruiter can make the process if they don’t follow good practise and discipline around recruitment. Kevin will advise on current trends and offer us best practice in the virtual recruitment and onboarding processes that all organisations need to adapt to. Together, they will advise on how you can get the best of out of your candidates so you can improve your chances of hiring the ideal candidate for the job.
